We have a 30-day return policy for the following 24 countries, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to
request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as
instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
1. Which 24 countries are supported by the service?
As the 30 -day return and exchange service is still in the initial stage, it is currently available
only for the following 24 countries: United States, Canada, Australia,
United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Russia, Japan,
South Korea, Belgium, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Brazil, Israel, Netherlands,
Poland, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Chile, Ukraine, Mexico.
2. Why only this 24 countries are valiable for the 30-day return policy?
The reason behind this limitation is that our 30day return service is still in the initial stage of implementation. We have carefully selected these 24 countries as the
starting point for the service based on our logistical and warehouse feasibility.
Expanding our return service to cover more countries requires a comprehensive
setup involving local warehousing, logistics, and customer support infrastructure.
It is a complex process that requires time and resources to ensure a seamless
experience for our customers. We are actively working on expanding this service
to other countries and will keep you updated as we make progress.
We understand that this limitation may cause inconvenience for customers in
countries not currently covered. However, we assure you that we are doing our
best to extend the benefits of our 30day free return policy to customers worldwide as soon as possible.
3. What are the reasons eligible for our 30-day return policy?
Our 30-Day Return and Refund Policy covers both reasonable and unreasonable return
reasons, including discrepancies in color, style, pattern, and specifications,
material mismatches, functional inefficiencies, wrong item shipped, product damage, and so on.
4. How much will be refunded?
When the warehouse receives the return in new condition, without any damage or signs of use, a full refund will be issued.
For wrong returns, no refund will be provided.
If the product has slight human-induced flaws or obvious signs of use, a 10% deduction will be applied.
For products with significant human-induced damage, scratches, or signs of tampering, a 30% deduction will be

7. How to handle multiple returns within one order?
Each order is eligible for one free local return. e.g. If your order contains two products, you can choose to return both products
or just one, but if the left one still needs to be returned, the shipping cost for the
return of the left item will be afforded by the buyer at that time. Also, all returned
items within an order will be reimbursed based on the actual amount paid for
the returned item.
8. Time Period for return and refund:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you
know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically
refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after we received your returns. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card
company to process and post the refund too.

9. Situations which are not covered within the guarantee scope:
Orders with a total amount exceeding 1000 USD. Therefore, if the
total amount of the order exceeds 1000 USD, we recommend

Products that are damaged or destroyed.

- 7-Day Return Policy
On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a
return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 7-day return policy.
The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by the return will NOT be refunded.
Additionally, a restocking fee (35% of the item’s retail value) will be charged under this circumstance. This also applies to packages that have been opened but are

For items that are damaged, incorrect, or faulty upon delivery, you must contact

YUNZII will help you identify the problem and may cover the shipping cost
according to the agreed amount. Please kindly note that a shipping fee that is
extremely higher than 15% of the product value is non-refundable. The shipping fee won’t be refunded if the product is not with any manufacturer defects.
All customized products (including customized keycaps) are non-refundable and cannot be returned to YUNZII. This also applies to items such as
carry cases, cables, spare keycaps, switch pullers, and other accessories, due to hygiene purposes.
If one of the items in the package is defective/incorrect/missing (e.g. keycaps,
cables, switch puller, etc.), a refund or replacement will be done only for that
particular item, depending on the particular situation.
YUNZII offers a 1-year warranty for keyboards and DIY kits and offers a 6-month warranty for keycap sets and cases (e.g the case-only product sold separately). Batteries will be covered by the 3-month warranty. Accessories such as keycap pullers, switch pullers, free spare
keycaps, cables, etc., are excluded from the warranty.

The warranty does not extend to any product whose serial number has been
defaced or altered, just as the warranty will cease if you make modifications to the software not authorized by YUNZII.

HOW CAN I CLAIM MY WARRANTY?
In order to claim for warranty, you MUST email email@example.com first and provide the following information:
Your order number
The proof of purchase of our selling channel or platform
Images/videos showing the quality problem complying with our warranty policy.
Once we have confirmed that your item is defective, a replacement unit will be
sent to you. We might require you to return the defective unit to YUNZII in
exchange for a replacement.
HOW DO I RETURN THE ITEMS TO YOU?
If we require you to return the product, we will inform you via email. You need to
within 10 days after we verify your return request. Your warranty may be void if
you fail in providing a tracking number within a certain time period or return items after 20 days from claiming the warranty.
For defective items within the first 7 days upon delivery, YUNZII will cover the shipping cost on an agreed amount and reship the replacement unit to you. YUNZII will not cover the shipping cost for customers who opt for a full refund instead.
For items that are claimed to be faulty after 7 days, you have to ship the item back to YUNZII to check for any factory defects. YUNZII will not cover the shipping
cost under this circumstance. We will only cover the repair/replacement and return shipping (excluding any possible local tax/import/processing fees).

INCORRECT / MISSING ITEM(S) UPON DELIVERY
Upon receiving your parcel, please confirm the contents of the package and ensure that it is in good condition before signing for it.
If your product is incorrect/missing, please follow the instructions:
Provide your order number and state your issue clearly
Attach photos and videos to show that your product is incorrect/missing
Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund
(where applicable). For incorrect products, YUNZII reserves all rights in deciding
whether you need to return the incorrect item or not.
Please kindly contact us via email first. If the return is needed, the shipping fee may be covered by issuing a shipping label or reimbursement after we receive and check that the product is functioning well.
WARRANTY NOT APPLICABLE WHEN:

Products are not purchased from https://yunzii.com (i.e. Aliexpress, crowd-funding campaigns, Amazon and etc.), if your product is purchased via another YUNZII selling channel, please kindly double-check the warranty accordingly.
Defects in consumables, or use beyond the expected lifetime of the consumable in question.
Users do not follow the “User Guide”, instructions, or other additional safety, use, or warnings included in the product materials.
Products are used commercially.
Unsupervised assembly use of products by children under 18 years of age.
Products have been modified or repaired by people not authorized by YUNZII.
Products become faulty due to poor weather conditions or any natural disaster.
